Importing of Customer's AR's (Credits and Debits)

 
     
 

We will need a detailed list of every Invoice that has a balance on the go live date. for example, if you have invoiced a customer for $1000 in your old system and the customer has paid $200, the due amount on this detailed list needs to have it recorded as $800. Because the $200 payment was completely used and not part of your beginning Balance Sheet we will not import the $200 payment or the actual value of $1000 only the value of $800 with will need to be reflected on your beginning Balance Sheet.

We will also need a detailed list of every outstanding Customer Payment that has a balance on the go live date. Same situation as above with invoices/purchases will need to be used on payments/credits.

The Amount is what is available for your Customer to use on the go live date not the original amount of the payment.

The Total Amount of both of these list must balance with your Account Receivables balance that you will enter with your beginning Balance Sheet.
