Credit Card Settlements
From the Graphical Menu in the center of the Main Screen click on the Category Sales

then Click on

A screen will appear asking for 'What do you want to do?':

Select the option 'Create a New Credit Card Settlement Bank Deposit'
the following screen will appear:

Select the Credit Card machine you are settling.
the following screen will appear:

select Yes.

Click on the checkbox under Settle:

(Insight: If your Visa's and MasterCard's are deposited together and your American Express will be deposted seperatly on your bank statement then create seperate settlements so that the bank statement will match your settlements and when you reconcile your bank account.)
then click on the button at the bottom right of this screen
the following screen will appear:

make sure your totals are correct and then click on at the bottom right of screen.
