Use this page when you're already speaking with WhirlWind Support. You don't need to figure it out alone; your technician will walk you through the connection.

1. Visit our remote support partner

   Select Continue to RealVNC to open their official help website in a new tab. This WhirlWind page will stay open for reference.

2. Download and open the app

   Follow RealVNC's instructions for your device. On a computer, download and open the On-Demand Assist app. Your technician can help if you get stuck.

3. Connect with your technician

   Enter the session code provided by WhirlWind Support and follow the prompts. Only proceed when you recognize and trust the technician helping you.
